GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Global Voice Connect Solution. UniSIMCard


1. LEGAL ENTITY AND BINDING AGREEMENT

1.1. UniSIMCard is a proprietary brand owned and operated by Global Voice Connect Solution Corp, a Florida corporation. Hereafter referred to as “the Company”.

1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern all prepaid eSIM, application-based, and telecommunications services provided by the Company.

1.3. By purchasing, activating, using an eSIM, creating an account, or using the UniSIMCard website or application, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.4. Any variation or exception to these Terms must be expressly agreed in writing and signed by an authorized officer of the Company.


2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

2.1. eSIM Services
The Company resells prepaid eSIM profiles. Services are data-only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.2. Device Compatibility
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that their device:
• supports eSIM technology
• is network unlocked
• is compatible with the selected plan and destination

By confirming device compatibility at checkout or in the application, the customer assumes all related risk.

2.3. Compatibility Information
Any compatibility list provided by the Company is indicative only and not exhaustive. Certain regional, carrier-locked, or manufacturer-specific models may not be supported.

2.4. Service Quality
The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide service. No guarantee is made that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in all locations or at all times.


3. SERVICE ACTIVATION AND PLAN DURATION

3.1. Contract Commencement
The service agreement begins immediately upon order completion. Activation and installation are the customer’s responsibility.

3.2. Short-Term Plans
Short-term plans automatically terminate upon:
• exhaustion of data allowance, or
• expiration of the plan validity period

Unused data is forfeited.

3.3. Long-Term or Recurring Plans
Where applicable:
• Billing cycles are calculated in 30-day periods
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the next billing cycle

3.4. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation within the first 45 days may incur a fee of USD 15 plus any setup costs. After 45 days, cancellations are not accepted. A discretionary store credit may be issued at the Company’s sole discretion.


4. REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND MODIFICATION POLICY

4.1. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only considered where the eSIM cannot be installed or used due to a verified technical failure directly attributable to the Company.

4.2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
No refunds will be issued for:
• incorrect customer information
• incompatible or locked devices
• change of travel plans
• medical or personal circumstances
• accidental deletion of an eSIM
• failure to activate or install

4.3. Technical Review
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. The customer must fully cooperate with technical diagnostics.

4.4. QR Code Usage
QR codes are single-use. If an eSIM is deleted or transferred to another device, a new purchase is required.

4.5. Wallet Balances
Wallet balances and promotional credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.


5. CHARGES AND PAYMENT

5.1. Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

5.2. Currency
All charges are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

5.3. Taxes
Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.4. Wallet Funding
Wallet top-ups are final and non-reversible once processed.


6. FAIR USAGE POLICY

6.1. Services must be used in a reasonable manner consistent with normal consumer usage.

6.2. Excessive, automated, abnormal, or abusive usage may result in:
• speed limitation
• service suspension
• account termination

6.3. The Company bears no liability or reimbursement obligation for actions taken under this policy.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

7.1. Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, the Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7.2. Excluded Damages
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic losses, including roaming charges, lost profits, or travel disruptions.

7.3. Network Availability
The Company does not guarantee specific network speeds, coverage, or technology standards such as LTE or 5G.


8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

8.2. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the state or federal courts located in Florida, USA.

10. APPLICATION AND WALLET TERMS

10.1. Wallet Definition
The UniSIMCard wallet is a prepaid stored-value feature used exclusively to purchase UniSIMCard services. It is not a bank account, not a deposit, not interest-bearing, and not insured by any financial institution or authority.

10.2. Permitted Use
Wallet funds may only be used within UniSIMCard platforms. Wallet balances cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.

10.3. Wallet Expiration and Inactivity
If no wallet activity occurs for a continuous period of twelve 12 months from the later of:
• the last wallet top-up, or
• the last wallet-based purchase

the remaining wallet balance may be reduced to zero without notice. This applies to paid and promotional balances.

10.4. Promotional and Bonus Credits
Promotional credits:
• have no cash value
• are non-transferable
• may expire independently
• may be revoked in cases of misuse, fraud, or policy violation

The Company may modify or cancel promotions at any time.

10.5. Account Responsibility
Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by customer negligence.

10.6. Suspension and Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for:
• fraud or abuse
• policy violations
• prolonged inactivity
• inaccurate or incomplete information

Remaining wallet balances may be forfeited where permitted by law.

10.7. Application Availability
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access, backward compatibility, or permanent feature availability.
